BowTech’s talent pool deepens

Eugene, OR (September 15, 2003) – BowTech has just hired a new Chief Financial Officer to reinforce their executive management team and to strengthen the company as it continues in its astounding growth phase.

Mr. Gary Danner, C.P.A. will provide overall financial management, inventory control, and financial analysis of the industry landscape. He will also participate with senior management in the development of new business and strategic plans.

Chairman of the Board, Ron Howard, welcomes Mr. Danner with these words: “We are very fortunate to have Gary join our management team.  He brings substantial knowledge and experience to BowTech and will be invaluable in helping us give our customers the support they deserve concerning all the financial aspects of our business.”

Mr. Danner’s most recent experience was with Sony Disc Manufacturing of Springfield, Oregon where he served as Director of Finance and Materials Logistics. In that role, he oversaw financial management, cost justification and utilization of assets. He also analyzed and reported on the financial plans and results of operations. Mr. Danner had been with Sony Disc Manufacturing since December of 1996.

Before joining Sony Disc Manufacturing, Mr. Danner had over 20 years of experience in financial management with Steiner Corporation, Coopers & Lybrand, John Labatt Foods, Major's Sports Center, and Network One.

Mr. Danner received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon in 1981.
