BowTech and Escalade Sports Reach Agreement

Eugene, OR (July 9, 2004) – BowTech and Escalade Sports have reached an agreement to cross license their respective technology. This agreement settles a dispute over the viability and/or infringement issues of both companies’ patents while opening the door to the sharing of future technologies. Both BowTech and Escalade Sports look forward to the future and the opportunities that a working relationship can bring.
