Summer 2000 Many of my hunting
buddies currently use Bodoodle arrow rests and have been for
many years. If you have never heard of or never used a Bodoodle, let me be the first to say that
Bodoodle is one of the finest arrow rest on the archery market.
There
are several different models of the Bodoodle arrow rest, ranging from a basic low cost model
(Bullet) to high performance competition
models. All of the models add somewhat of an overdraw, but some
models add several inches. There are even custom fitted models
for certain bow brands. Release shooters and finger shooters are all
welcome with Bodoodle, there is model that fits your need.
If you don't have
much bow tuning experience and attempt to tune your first Bodoodle yourself, you might want
to have some beer on reserve in the cooler, if you do that sort of
thing.
After you have settled down from several tuning attempts, I suggest reading the instructions.
They will get you
headed in the right direction. After you have successfully tuned
a Bodoodle for the first time, you shouldn't have anymore trouble in the
future.
The arrow rest has all the normal options for correcting
arrow flight and forming tighter arrow groups and some other
options that other arrow rest do not have. There are a couple of
options for the two fins that the arrow rides on, "speed
fins" and what I call "regular fins". I would
suggest you use the regular fins for hunting.
There are other accessory options for the arrow rest such as, arrow holders,
silencing tubing, and other spare parts. Another thing I like
about the Bodoodle arrow rest is the price. I would expect the
price to be higher, but they are usually priced competitively with
other high quality arrow rest. Try one out, you won't be
disappointed!
